We offer low-, medium- and high-throughput options for gene expression and gene copy number analysis of human and mouse samples. Array-comparative genomic hybridization (Array CGH) enables high-resolution detection of genomic copy number variants. Differentially labeled reference and experimental samples are hybridized to microarrays, allowing detection of structural variants as small as 200bp. We offer pre-validated assay panels as well as the capacity to design and validate custom panels. Our platforms include both traditional qPCR-based detection and high-throughput microfluidic chips and microarrays, all with fully automated processing.
